Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Healthyaa, we are committed to providing the highest quality DNA testing products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your DNA test results or if you experience any issues with your test kit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve any problems and to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products and services.
In the event that you need to request a refund, please note that our refund policy may vary depending on the specific circumstances of your case. In general, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we reserve the right to refuse a refund in certain situations.
Refund conditions per product
- If you cancel your order before we have dispatched the kit, you will receive a full refund.
- If the kit has already been dispatched, Rs. 1000 will be deducted from the paid amount.
- Unfortunately, once the swab kit has been opened, we cannot issue a refund. We may also refuse a refund if we determine that the request is fraudulent or if it is outside of the scope of our refund policy.
- Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
